CHELSEY AUSTIN

Singing was Chelsey's first love. She began performing at the age of fourteen. When she finished high school she was well known to North Texas due to regular appearances on Johnnie High's Country Music Revue in Ft. Worth, where a young LeAnn Rimes was discovered.

Despite her country roots, Chelsey wanted to perform pop and rock but rarely got the chance until she came to the attention of triple Grammy-winner, engineer Phil York. York felt that her hi-energy style, good looks and natural charisma gave her star potential, and that she deserved to be heard by a larger audience.
